A solemn, remembrance of honor for the brave
13 U.S. troops (listed below) ... who paid the ultimate sacrifice
among the fatalities during a suicide terrorist bombing, while
providing security at the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan on August
26, 2021.
These are the last U.S. troops to be Killed
In Action during the 20 year official deployment of U.S. forces in
Afghanistan in response to the terrorist attacks on September 11,
2001.
