Silver Star Awards Ceremony For Two National Guardsmen
May 19, 2012 - Captain Tom Bozzay of Wheaton and Sgt. First
Class Ryan Ahern of Glen Ellyn, both assigned to Illinois
National Guard's Company A, 2nd Battalion 20th Special
Forces Group in Chicago, receive the Silver Star medals for
actions while under enemy fire on December 17, 2009 in
Afghanistan. The two heroes also discuss their service and
fellow soldiers.
