Pallbearers from the 105th Airlift Wing carry the casket of Staff Sgt. Louis Bonacasa, Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, during a dignified transfer of remains service at F.S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base. Bonacasa was one of the six airmen killed in a suicide attack in Afghanistan. BAHRAIN (January 11, 2016) - Naval Support Activity (NSA) and Bahrain Naval Security Forces (NSF) commemorated five fallen master-at-arms Sailors who died while serving their country and protecting the lives of their fellow shipmates. Displays honoring these brave heroes were exhibited during the ceremony while their biographies and citations were read aloud. The displays honoring the fallen Sailors have been placed in the Joint Security Force Headquarters along with murals depicting the pride and tradition of NSF and the NSA Bahrain guardians. A Maritime Raid Force Marine holds security while his team moves toward the objective during a raid January 13, 2016 on Guam. The raid is one scenario during the Realistic Urban Training Exercise (RUTEX). RUTEX is used to provide the MRF with high-intensity, close-quarter battle training in an urban environment. The training provides a degree of realism that cannot be duplicated at the MRF’s facilities on Okinawa.
