authorities in the aftermath along with practicing their
search and recovery skills along with handling a mass
casualty situation.
The Army Reserve stands ready to support civil authorities
under the Defense Support of Civil Authorities act in order
to save lives, prevent human suffering and mitigate great
property damage.
