Thanks go to the unknown photographer for the images that captured the heartfelt artistry of Ray "Bubba" Sorensen, whose canvas was a boulder somewhere in Iowa and was done for in honor of Memorial Day 2003.  Bubba has painted a new patriotic theme each year for Memorial day since 1999 and hopefully he will continue to share his patriotic artistic endeavor for years to come.
