Fed Agents View Seized Fuel Shipments Worth $2.8M+ October 8, 2026
October 6, 2026 - Homeland Security Investigations Miami (HSI), working with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) agents view seized 90 biodiesel fuel shipments valued at over $2.8 million dollars at an undisclosed location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. These shipments were part of an attempt to unlawfully export fuel to Cuba in violation of federal export laws.
