Miss America Gets Bit By MWD October 15, 2024 October 8, 2024 - U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Madison Marsh, crowned Miss America 2024, experiences the bite of a military working dog (MWD) wearing a bite sleeve as the nearby out of scene USAF Staff Sgt. Adam Gagnon, a MWD course trainer with the 341st Training Squadron (341 TRS), manages the dog's attack at the USAF 37th Training Wing on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. The 341 TRS represents the heart of the Department of Defense MWD program, training over 600 handlers and nearly 300 canines annually.
