USCG Apprehends, Repatriates 46 Migrants July 20, 2024
July 15, 2024 - A small boat from Sentinel-class fast response cutter USCGC Richard Dixon (WPC 1113) approaches an overloaded vessel with 49 suspected migrants approximately 34 miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The Richard Dixon crew embarked the migrants from the vessel, who were later transferred to the Sentinel-class fast response cutter USCGC Joseph Tezanos (WPC 1118) for repatriation to the Dominican Republic.
