USCG Lifeboats Transfer From Great Lakes June 13, 2024
Larger Image > Facebook | Flickr June 9-10, 2024 - U.S. Coast Guardsmen assigned to Station Yaquina Bay and the National Motor Lifeboat School transit the final 47-foot Motor Lifeboats through the Welland Canal in Ontario, Canada. These Motor Lifeboat crews began their journey at Station Portage in Dollar Bay, Michigan and were transferred to New York for re-distribution to Coast Guard units on the eastern seaboard.
