Super Hornet Flies By Old Glory October 20, 2023
October 13, 2023 - A U.S. Navy F/A-18F Super Hornet attached to the "Blacklions" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 213 passes Old Glory as its flies over the flight deck of the world's largest aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea. VFA-213 is deployed with other fighter squadrons aboard the Gerald R. Ford as part of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 8.
