OTS-Victory Officer Candidate October 15, 2023
October 10, 2023 - An officer candidate begins in-processing Officer Training School-Victory (OTS-V) at OTS Headquarters, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. OTS-V is the newest officer accessioning program that will effectively develop high caliber Air and Space Force officers to compete and win in today’s strategic operating environment. OTS-V is designed to enhance the effectiveness of foundational officer development through a 5-modular approach that will accelerate warrior-minded officers by focusing on competences, mission-command, wargaming and joint-force methodology within 60 training days.
