December 11, 2022 - Family Pass Holders lay wreaths at their military loved ones' gravesites associated with the 31st Wreaths Across America Event at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), Arlington, Virginia that occurs on December 17th. Family Pass Holder ... A permanent family pass is issued to the next of kin (family pass holder) at the time of the interment. Additional permanent passes are available for the parents, spouse, siblings and children of the deceased.
