A-10 Snow Covered Mountain Flyby January 11, 2022
January 8, 2022 - A pilot with the Idaho Air National Guard 190th Fighter Squadron flies an A-10 Thunderbolt II by snow covered mountains above Gowen Field at Boise, Idaho, while training with F-35 Lightning II pilots from the Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 225. Integrating and training with different airframe generations provides a unique collaboration and preparation for combat readiness against a near peer enemy.
