In fact, Bryce Point offers many iconic daytime viewpoints including a soaring view of the Bryce Amphitheater from the south and its view to the north across the full length of the Bryce Amphitheater. Inspiration, Sunset, and Sunrise Points can all be seen along the forested edge of the Paunsagunt plateau.
The Bryce Canyon National Park (35,835 acres) lies on the eastern edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in south central Utah. It offers "unusual scenic beauty, scientific interest, and importance". The park is famous for its unique geology, consisting of a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters carved from the eastern edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in southern Utah.
