WWII Vet Willie Parker Turns 100 July 22, 2021
July 20, 2021 - Willie Parker, a World War II and Korean War Air Force veteran, celebrates his 100th birthday with family members and friends at Thomas A Cloud Park in Huber Heights, Ohio. Willie Parker also received a city proclamation and coin by Huber Heights Mayor Jeff Gore. During Parker’s 24 years of military service, he served at seven different bases both stateside and aboard before coming to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio to retire.
