USCGC Tampa Offloads Cocaine Worth $94.6M April 24, 2021
April 20, 2021 - Coast Guard Cutter Tampa crew offloads approximately 5,500 pounds of cocaine, worth an estimated $94.6 million, at Base Miami Beach, Miami, Florida. On April 9, 2021 a maritime patrol flight spotted a vessel, and a Tampa law enforcement team interdicted a low profile vessel off the coast of Punta Gallinas, Colombia.
