American Rhodes Scholar, and retired Army Major Pat Locke, the
first female African American USMA graduate, present a bust to
Vice President Mike Pence during the Lieutenant Henry O. Flipper
Dinner at the academy in West Point, New York. The annual dinner is held to commemorate the life of Henry O. Flipper, the first African American graduate of West Point.
