after a year in the service urging young men to enlist in the Army Air Forces.
He explains qualities desired in the candidates; describes recruiting and assignment in the service;
and, stresses teamwork ... along with explaining duties of members of a B-17 crew and of the ground crew.
Also, shown are students in basic trainer planes; P-4O planes rolling from an assembly line;
and, B-17s flying in formation.
