Commemoration in Washington, D.C. on Memorial Day, May 28, 2012 involves
speeches by Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of
Staff; Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta; Former Senator and Vietnam War
veteran, Chuck Hagel; and, President Barack Obama . . . with all
interacting with Vietnam War veterans and Gold Star families after the
President's address while the U.S. Army Chorus performs several
patriotic songs including each military services' song with music by the
U.S. Marine Band.
