U.S. Army Soldiers with 25th Infantry Division for the past 9 months
have been tasked with providing security, keeping the peace and
mentoring the Afghan National Army. Their daily missions include routine
joint foot patrols to interface with the civilian populace and clear
areas with their Afghan counterparts.
