In 2010 little was known about Traumatic Brain
Injury (TBI). However, in recent years the Marine Corps has taken
several steps to increase awareness of TBI and the symptoms
that accompany it.
Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Evan Ahlin
is one TBI survivor, who continues to serve more than
seven years after his initial injury.
