Marines Non-Lethal Systems Training In Romania

Marines with Black Sea Rotational force conduct a non-lethal systems package aboard Mihail Kogalniceanu Airbase in Romania, March, 18-20, 2015. The three-day long course consisted of a Oleoresin Capsicum course along with Taser exposure and riot control tactics.
