2015 - Among the many dangers facing troops downrange is an
increasingly wide range of roadside explosives. It is up to
a special group of military working dogs and their handlers
to find these IEDs before they go off. Here is at look the
working dogs and their handlers at U.S. Marine Corps Camp
Hansen in Japan.
Note: Military Working Dogs (MWDs)
have been a valuable asset to the U.S. Military since the
“War Dog Program” in World War II.
