The
U.S, Marine Corps Combat Shooting Team participates in the
2014 Rocky Mountain Three-Gun Championship July 29 to August
11 at the NRA Whittington Center's beautiful 33,000 acres
near Raton, new Mexico.
The challenging JP RM3G shooting
event is a multi-gun natural terrain match that takes full
advantage of with exciting and dynamic three-gun stages
(rifles, shotguns and pistols) in an array of separate
ranges with varying obstacles and targets ... featuring
rifle engagement out to 600 yards. Some stages are situated
around the ruins of the old coal mining town for an added
measure of realism.
