with Combat Logistics Regiment 2, Regional Command
(Southwest) serves as the eyes, ears and protective shield
for convoys of up to 40 vehicles pushing through rugged
desert terrain of Helmand province, Afghanistan ... where
possible attacks and improvised explosive devices are a
constant threat.
