May 25, 2010 - Marines from Company I, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment (3/1), conducting a memorial ceremony in honor of Navy Hospital Corpsman HM3 Zarian A. Wood, attached with 1st platoon, Company I, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, who was killed on 16 May 2010 from wounds suffered on 14 May 2010., out of Combat Out Post (COP) Amir, Garmsir District, Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
