The Profession of Arms Center of
Excellence (PACE) helps the Air Force develop better people,
better Airmen, better leaders. PACE was first established in 2015
with the charge to develop Air Force personnel with a
professionalism mindset, character and core values to enhance the
effectiveness of organizations across the Air Force.
