In the Air Force, it's always said that
an assignment is only as interesting as you make it. Well
for Airmen stationed at Andersen Air Force Base, Airmen and
families alike are getting out from indoors and making the
most of what their unique assignment in Guam provides.
The
outdoor rec hosts an island-wide World War II tour on February 16, 2013, which highlights
some of the most influential places that impacted the Battle
of Guam in 1944. Includes sound bites from Ray Stiers,
Director of 36th Wing Outdoor Recreation, and MSgt Kelly
Meinzer, 36th Communications Squadron, QA Section Chief.
