Airman Carries Legacy From Ground Zero To Afghanistan
Master Sgt. Frank Berlanga lost his best friend during the attacks
on September 11th 2001. Jerome Dominguez was not only a New York
City Police Officer but also a Security Forces Staff Sergeant in the
New York Air National Guard. Master Sgt. Berlanga has kept an
American flag with him to honor the memory of his best friend,
flying the well-traveled flag over Afghanistan, at half staff, on
September 11th, 2012.
