March 11, 2015 - Soldiers and sailors participating in the
Combat Support Training Exercise at Fort Hunter Liggett,
California, practice a simulated mass casualty event.
Casualties are evacuated using a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter
or a front line ambulance depending on the severity of
injuries. Soldiers prioritize and decide which casualties
will be air evacuated or ground evacuated.
