March 2014 - The U.S. Army Special Forces, commonly known as Green
Berets, are the military's premier unconventional warfare experts,
with an unmatched legacy of working through and with other nations
to accomplish U.S. foreign policy objectives.
Special Forces
Soldiers receive elite training that allow them to operate
successfully in small teams and with minimal resources in dynamic
environments. Their unique training includes language and culture
training, which allow them to work with host nations. The men who
choose to become Green Berets are one of our nation's greatest
military assets. Although, often unknown, their mission success and
dedication are unparalleled.
