Soldiers
of the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment "The Old Guard" gather to pay respects to
those who have served before them with the tradition of "Flags In" on
May 22, 2014 ... as SFC Ryan Joseph, Drill Master of the U.S. Army Drill
Team explains how each flag is placed, the proud honor to do so, and why
all Americans should feel the same especially on Memorial Day.
The ceremony, known as Flags In, is performed to commemorate and
honor U.S. military personnel ahead of Memorial Day weekend and has been
conducted annually since 1948.
