SPC James Kimball of Moore, Oklahoma was seven years old when his
current National Guard unit responded to the EF5 tornado on May 3, 1999.
Kimball, a veteran of Afghanistan, was called to active duty to assist
with the destructive, deadly aftermath of another EF5 tornado that
struck his hometown of Moore on May 20, 2013.
