Space Shuttle Discovery's Retirement Flight To The Smithsonian

After thirty years of faithful service to NASA, the retired space
shuttle Discovery is flown from Kennedy Space Center in
Florida to its new home at the Smithsonian
Institute with a flyover of Washington, D.C., followed by
its official dedication as a Smithsonian attraction.
