Fallen Green Beret Returns Home SSgt. Jeremie S. Border

SSgt. Jeremie Border is escorted by police into the flight
line to greet their fallen hero. On hand were members of the

Patriot Guard Riders
along with a few dozen on lookers.
Staff Sgt. Jeremie S. Border, 28, of Mesquite, Texas,
assigned to 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group
(Airborne), Torii Station, Japan; died Sept. 1, in Batur
Village, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces
attacked their unit with small arms fire.

First, to honor and at the request of their family serve as
escorts for our fallen heroes to their final rest. They serve as a shield
against those who would disrupt and dishonor those who have fallen in service to
our country.
Secondly, the PRG supports Help On The Homefront. (HOTH) This effort is to help
active veterans and their families. For example, they help in building,
repairing, adapting housing to disabled Vets needs.
