The U.S. Army inducts former Army Capt. William D.
Swenson, into the Pentagon's Hall of Heroes on October 16, 2013, a day
after he received the Medal of Honor from President Barack Obama at the
White House. The Pentagon ceremony added Swenson's name to the
distinguished roster in the Hall of Heroes, the Defense Department's
permanent display of record for all recipients of the Medal of Honor.
