Community Welcome's Home Fallen Marine Staff Sgt. Sky Mote
Proud citizens line the streets in a welcome home tribute to
fallen Marine Staff Sgt. Sky R. Mote (27) of El Dorado, CA on August 19, 2012,
as his funeral procession passes by them. While on patrol in the Sangin district
of the Helmand province in Afghanistan on August 10, 2012, Staff Sergeant Sky R.
Mote and fellow Marines Capt. Matthew P. Manoukian, 29, of Los Altos Hills and
Gunnery Sgt. Ryan Jeschke, 31, of Herndon, VA were killed by rogue Afghan
forces.
