In the darkness
In the place that hides the moon
... the night that visits the heart
'we carry them'
those that we love
grieving
those we remember
in the vast silence that shall never be forgotten
but most of all
we carry ourselves
because we are soldiers
because we love
because we can not be men
who turn away
Legions of heroes shall pass by
as we dream
Eyes right!
They salute
and fade away
We are soldiers
Sons of Liberty
...and liberty has blessed
us all.
