Some Came Home |
|
|
I remember us
every day
when we were young
... and so damn funny
and unsure of ourselves.
'Nam' was just
our day to live
and our day to die.
... and our gals were the prettiest
in the whole
damn World.
I miss ya Pete!
I think I told ya that
when I put my heart on that 'Wall'.
1999
... coming home
takes a while Brother
It takes the rest of our lives.
Of course
... You know that!
You are there.
... and I am still
... where? |
