Long Ago! |
|
|
I pulled the slide
and ran for the tree line
... and my armpits burned
in fear of death
I burned
... and wept for myself
long ago
... and ghosts of death
surrounded me
and so many
fell!
young boys... and
... enemy falling
... and my guys
... so
falling!
and all the world
falling
... into the endless lesson
of war. |
