It's been all of these ten years
But, nothing's really changed
The horror of those who kill
Has, only been, rearranged!

We still have those terrorists
And, we all, are still at war
With each other/other countries
And, I just ask, "What for?"

The "Freedom" thing is kinda lame
While we're slaves to the elite
Those of us, who have not, unhappy
Those who have it, think it's neat.

But, those thousands killed
And, all of those maimed
So many in, those mass graves
So many graves, never to be named.

We still send our Soldiers to those wars
Spend lives and billions on that game
Where bullets, guns, bombs, and death
The rich, get richer, all the same!

It has been awhile, now
Ten years since, they got our attention
Kinda like, that Pearl Harbor
Warnings, someone, forgot to mention.

But, we just go on fighting
And hating, our fellow man
Keep making up excuses
To keep going, that wartime plan.

We'll never know how many died
But, they don't really count
As long as those warmongers
Can add bucks, to their account!
