On September 11th, 2001, Our country was saddened and war had begun. Thousands of innocent people were lost, But united we must stand no matter what cost.
Our government is run by the people we trust, And trust them now more than ever we must. Our fore fathers wrote the rules of our nation, The Bill of Rights we learned through our education.
The right to bear arms is Amendment II, A regulated army to protect me and you. In this time of war we've a right to defend, Ourselves and our country if it takes 'til the end.
We must stay calm and keep peace with each other, Stand tall with our neighbor, our sister and brother. Our trained soldiers for freedom they will fight, And freedom will remain on ground and in flight.
The right to bear arms is the right to protect, We do this through government each time we elect. To own a gun is not the right to kill, But to be safe and secure as said in the Bill. |
