At summers end 2005 a wind came to be known. The water rose to find away into a city that found itself alone. Despair turned to greed for some who should be blamed for the few that died. Others gave hope to those in need while some ran away and some just cried. The ones in blue are the ones that were true to help the ones in despair. While others stopped to think about what should be done they were the ones who were there. From the dirty water and roof tops they gave a helping hand to all. Threw the heat of the day and the bullets at night the Coast Guard was there when thy called.
