Oh! Brothers in arms
Oh! Silent soldiers... gone!
The road is still traveled
... and not alone.
Many have loved you as I do,
... men and women
who shall not
forget you!
If I stumble,
they hold me
up.
They are Americans
who shall keep your sacrifice
within their hearts
... forever!
Many years have passed,
and I know that all of you
heard me,
... when I placed my hand,
and heart,
upon that Granite Wall.
... said, "Thank you, my Brothers!
We are still free!"
We go the distance
