I Would Have Done It Anyway |
|
|
If I'd a known the way that this would end, If I'd
a read the last page first, If I'd a seen the wounds
and twist If I'd a known how this would hurt
I'd a done it anyway; I'd do it all the same. Not a
battle I would change; Not a wound that I would trade.
Had I known my mind would break, I would soldier anyway.
It's bittersweet to look back no, At memories
strengthened over time. Just to keep you safe and free,
For a moment in time.
I'd a done it anyway I'd do
it all the same. Not a jump I would change; Not a
wound that I would trade. Had I known my mind would
break, I would soldier anyway
And even if I'd seen
it coming, You'd stillve seen me running, At the
enemy firing my arms:
I'd a done it anyway; I'd
do it all the same. I'd a done it anyway I'd do it
all the same. Not a jump I would change; Not a wound
that I would trade. Had I known my mind would break, I
would soldier anyway |
