Discarded like old
worn-out suits
Wondering why they are still here,
Supplanted now by clueless ones,
War-torn faces shed a tear.
Veterans pacing for our futures
One time deemed invincible
Arm-in-arm, still count the flowers
One voice resounding indivisible |
