American Heroes | | The cemetery is deserted at night. No people near patriots' graves. The Star-Spangled Banner in gleaming moonlight So quietly and proudly waves.
American heroes are buried here. Compatriots must understand That they all were fighting without any fear And died for this beautiful land.
The soldiers lost their lives to protect This country from enemies' flames. American people will always respect Their acts and remember their names. | By Elena Privalova Copyright 2004 |
