| Armed Forces Day |

Praise God for the Armed Forces,
Defenders of this land,
The land we call America,
Which I declare as grand.
It is the land of liberty,
And freedom, born to be
The land that flies "Old Glory,
From sea to shining see.
It is the land where patriots
Fight for freedom's cause,
And the Armed Forces
Defend our nation's laws.
The Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines,
And the Coast Guard, too,
And those in the National Guard,
Know just what to do,
To safeguard our free nation,
And safeguard liberty,
Just as those in the Armed Forces have done,
To keep our nation free.
We owe them a debt of gratitude
From sea to shining sea,
For keeping America safe from those
Who would destroy our liberty.
May God bless America,
And our Red, White and Blue,
And all those in the Armed Forces
Who love America, too.
And may we NEVER, EVER forget
The price they had to pay,
To keep Old Glory flying
In this good old U. S. A.
