Memory Keepers |

We are the memory keepers
For the American dream
We are the reminders of
bigger and better things...
We are the heart of ole Glory
The red, White, and Blue
We are the American Spirit
That toils and lives inside of you...
We are the memory Keepers
For those Americans whose
Blood, sweat, tears
and prayer galore...
Built a nation under God
Then opened freedom of choice's
Door...
We are the memory Keepers
For Life, Liberty, and Justice for all
We carry the lamp of Liberty....
that lights up freedom's shore.
The glimmer of hope
The meaning of what it is that
keeps Americans free.
We are Americans!
We will die, and lay down next to
fellow Americans for all eternity
Before living in a country
Where a people ain't free.
We are the Memory Keepers
By birth and through choice
We are the heart of the United States
of America...
We are freedom's voice.
When new comers come
just to live as they please
And try to change the things that makes
America free
We are here to remind them
it's not foreigners who made, and keeps
Americans free.
It's those who chose, and choose every day,
for the safety of all Americans
to put their self-centeredness away.
We are the memory keepers
For the American dream
We are the reminders of
bigger and better things...
We are the heart of ole Glory
The red, White, and Blue
We are the American Spirits
Living, Americans, inside of each of you. |
