For The Firefighter | |
|
Simple men leading extraordinary lives
Heroes of the real world, you may say
His calling is to save lives
Putting his own life on the line to do so
Some may call them crazy for doing so
Many think they are the most brave
They always expect the unexpected
They'll never know what that day might bring
When the signal goes off, they rush off to save the day
Many love what they do, even at the risk of his own life
In their career choice, fear is not an option
The cost of fear may be their own life
They walk into fires, that others run from
to save the lives of others when nobody else can
The often heed the cry of a fallen brother
It takes no fear, tons of strength and loads of love
To live the life of ... a FIREFIGHTER | Michael Enfinger
